We were graced with the presence of Evan and Cora Grace last week while their parents went to the Predator's game. We had more fun that night and absolutely LOVED keeping them! Thank you Lila and Michael for allowing us to watch them! Remember us any time you need another night out!
Serif was in LOVE with Cora Grace. The first 10 minutes was filled with sweet nothings from him to her. He was so gentle with her and would pat her forehead and bottoms of her feet and would just smile and say, "Cora Grace!" (with a sweet head tilt and eyes lit up.)
The boys loved jumping . . . ALL evening! They were hilarious! They had more fun running around and jumping than anything else. The did play with toys in the playroom too, but I think jumping was more fun. =)
Although Cora couldn't join in, she had lots of fun watching them and just hanging out with us.
I LOVE these photos! You can see Evan mid-air as Serif's keeping tabs with the game and checking out the tree.
Then we had a little "quiet time" in Serif's room for a few minutes. Cora loved Serif's Serif's glow-worm and lighting in his room and the boys loved Cora Grace. =)
I think Cora really liked Serif too . . . I mean, look at that smile when he kissed her! Heehee.
ok i couldn't wait till i got to california afterall and i should be asleep, also i refuse to let myself look at the pictures of sweet serifs firehouse bday till i get to CA to appreciate the whole post. call it a present to me. :) this post:
ReplyDeleteI LOVE IT! i really do love you guys and am so glad you enjoyed our kidlets. they both tuckered themselves out and next time i want to be there too (unless of course there is a game my hubby lets me go to, ha ha ha). EVERYONE loves my tattoo post/story, they tell me in person mostly and they think it is hiliarious. my mom sent me an email about it saying, "you have the best/funnest friends" (or something like that). I love serifs interest in the baby and i love his game time mezmerization with evan mid-air in the backdrop. PRICELESS. evan only jumps all the time at our house and has been known to influence other innocent children into his web of bouncing and jumping. while in CA next week, there will be double trampolines and you better believe I'm gonna capture that action! anyway, thank you for documenting that action cause you know i would have done the same. :) p.s. a friend watched the kids today and put c.g. in the doorway bouncer (of which she hasn't enjoyed at our house particularly so we put it away for now...) and since she started rolling and kicking etc this week more and more, SHE LOVED IT! so, looks like we just might have a whole house of bouncers and jumpers soon. pray for us. :) xoxo
