We're playing "monsters" where we hide and find each other and Serif ran to the bedroom where I was and he found me and then said, "Mommy! You're my friend, Do you want to come see my sister? Her name is monster daddy." Then he takes me to the living room and points to Jeff and says, "See? That's her right there!"

A spiderman treat

A rep swung by work with an ice cream truck today. I was going to get something for myself but when I saw the spiderman Popsicle I just couldn't resist. He has bubblegum eyes! This photo blurred but you can see how excited Serif got when he saw it. It even got a gasp!



















After he got both eyes I told him that we should put the rest of it up and save it for tomorrow. Then he said, "But I swallowed the gum." I said your not supposed to do that. He said "Yes. I was wrong." very matter of factly and continued watching his Dora movie.

Our night

I got home around 8:15 tonight. Short night but still fun . . .




Pulling bedtime stories and a final look in the mirror before bed. He insisted on no pajamas tonight. Rightfully so given the crazy weather lately. Maybe it's just part of the look too.




Serif & Scout. Serif just pulled scout back to bed with him last night. He's attached yet again.




Story time!




He always goes potty just before the last book. He came back without his hat but with his shark goggles on. He pulled them up on his head before I had the chance to snap. What's with the serious face?
